Aceites Toledo is based in the incomparable setting of the MONTES DE TOLEDO.

This is the environment in which the exclusive variety of the Cornicabra olive has been developed through a careful selection process.

The Cornicabra variety is grown slowly in traditional olive groves, allowing the best quality of olive oil to be obtained.

A very balanced extra virgin olive, with a leaf and apple green aroma and leaving a slight bitter and spicy taste in the mouth.

An extraordinarily stable oil, whose high content of oleic acid, polyphenols and antioxidants offsets greatly the effects of oxidation and s beneficial for health.
